Difference Between Bounce Rate Exit Rate
Most of the times people get confused between bounce rate and exit rate of the website.
Meaning of Bounce Rate: when a visitor directly comes on a page either by referral, organic or paid links and leaves it without doing any further activity. This is called as bounce rate of that particular page.
Exit Rate: When a visitor navigates the website and leaves the website from a particular page, that means the exit rate.
High Bounce Rate indicates a low quality web page or the pate which is not as per user expectation
Exit Rate indicates many thinks , if user exits from contact us page, it means there is something wrong in the page or visitors finding difficulties in that form. If user exits from thank you page, it means that is good.
User may have visited further pages of the website in case of exit rate but this is not in case of bounce rate.
